When dealing with the Family Responsibility Office leaves you both frosted (angry) and frustrated at the same time
The Family Responsibility Office has the legal right to demand enforcement related information from anyone.
Anyone.
So it is essential that you provide FRO with the names of any people who may have information about the payor.
This is especially important when the payor is self-employed.
