FROstrating

When dealing with the Family Responsibility Office leaves you both frosted (angry) and frustrated at the same time

FRSAEA

The FRSAEA is short for the Family Responsibility and Support Arrears Enforcement Act.

You can read it here

The Act is a list of rules that the Family Responsibility Office must follow in the administration of your case. It is very important that you read it so that you understand the law regarding the enforcement of your court order.

If you are having any difficulties with FRO, check the FRSAEA to see if your particular issue is covered by the Act. If it is listed there, quote the specific section to FRO staff in any of your correspondence or communication with them

The better informed you are, the more effective you will be at advocating successfully for yourself and your children.

What do you think?
